In this article the automated information system (AIS) based on the database (DB) was created. The developed application for the manager with large customers of the PJSC «Rostelecom» company, carries out the following tasks: - to facilitation of work of the account manager; - to customer service improvement of quality; - to process optimization of the accounting of clients and company services; - to abbreviation of time spent on guiding of a client basis of the company; - to optimization of the internal processes connected to sales planning. The developed software allows to optimize operation of account managers and the company in general, and also solves a problem of use of a uniform subsystem of the accounting of sales.
